Teeth marks on tongue after sleeping?!
Question: Teeth marks on tongue after sleeping!?
so every once and a while I wake up and notice the marks on the top of my tongue (on the left side)!. I don't think I'm biting my tongue in my sleep but rather resting it in between my teeth!.
Does anyone know what causes this or how to prevent it (it's not a BIG deal but does kinda hurt the morning after)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You most likely are clenching or grinding your teeth together at night while you are asleep!. You should consider getting a night guard to wear to bed to prevent damage to your teeth!. You can end up breaking and chipping teeth if you do this a lot!. They have night guards at the store by the floss, but they are a 1 fits all thing!.
