Everyone knows that flossing is necessary!. That's no secret!. Deep cleaning!? OK!. I did that!. Swish with Listerine every day and watch the redness and bleeding while brushing go away!. You may have a more advanced gum disease!. If the problem doesn't go away after a couple of weeks or so, go see your dentist!. You may have periodontal disease!. A few weeks is not likely to make a big difference!. Try it!. Don't forget to swish for 30 sec!. or more!. Yikes I hate that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't smoke or chew anything like tobacco!. Make sure your calcium intake is good!. Floss twice a day and never go to bed with dirty teeth!. Knock off sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

FLOSS!. everyday!Www@Answer-Health@Com
