Answers:
1!.) Unless your dentist is a whackjob it is perfectly safe to your daughter!.

2!.) Modern extraction is practically painless (Almost)!. There will be a bit of blood afterwards!. I advise you to block your daughters eyes because if she sees the blood she may panic!.

3!.) Why bother filling the gap!? She's 5 and her permanent teeth will begin to grow soon if not already!. If you must, I'm sure your dentist can provide an artificial tooth for the time being!.

4!.) At about age 6-8 they will begin to grow!.

5!.) Modern dentistry is clean and safe!. There is not a 100% guarantee that it won't get infected but the chance is minute!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem as a child!. I've had four oral surgeries so I know what it's like!.

1!. Yes it's safe to remove the tooth!. The doctor will probably put the child under!.
2!. There is pain after it's removed, I'm being honest and your daughter needs to take the pain medication as prescribed!.
3!. You will fill in the gap eventually with a fake tooth or a dental implant!. Those are horrifically expensive; but they do their job!. If your daughter has braces they will put a spring in her mouth to manually hold it in!.
4!. Is it a baby tooth!? Are they removing the roots!? If they remove the roots then another tooth will never come and you'll need to follow question three!.
5!. Keep her teeth clean; brush twice a day floss once a day!. Use mouthwash made for kids!. They also have pink tablets that show where the child missed and I would recommend picking some up for her!.

Good luck! =]!. I went through the exact same situation as a child and I have a gorgeous smile that I get compliments on!. Don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is safe to remove a baby tooth!. If it is infected and cannot be repaired, then it is better that it comes out!. The space will be sore for a couple days after it comes out, but ibuprofen will work!. The dentist may want to put in a spacer so her other teeth don't move too much into the space!. The next tooth, if it is a molar, will not come in until she is around 11 or so!. The adult tooth will not be infected with proper dental care!.

My daughter just had to have a bunch of work done (including 2 pulled) because we had a terrible dentist, who was giving us wrong information, and not cleaning her teeth properly, and putting in defective fillings!. Make sure you take your daughter to a pediatric dentist if at all possible, and ask your friends for recommendations!. (Yes, we are filing a complaint with the state against them!. Dentists names are Pai and Desai in Farmington, MI)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it's safe to remove, no will not be that painful, no need to fill the gap, the next tooth will do that! There are no guarantees that her other teeth won't get infected!. If you teach her to care for her teeth by brushing AND FLOSSING twice a day, it will be your best guarantee that she won't have more problems!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
