Colas, tea (even the herbal kind), coffee, red wine!. Chlorine from swimming pools really makes a mess of things (not for the recreational swimmer - more for the competitive swimmer that's in the water so much)!.
Most of the staining is easily removed with a cleaning at the office, unless a person doesn't go in for regular cleanings!. Then the stain isn't "extrinsic" (on the surface), it becomes "intrinsic" (incorporated into the enamel and permanent)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes many do!. My biggest stain on my teeth is from coffee!.!.!. I need to go to the dentist to get rid of it!.

well my doctor told me that dark soda such a coke can increase cavitiy rates and it also de colors your teeth a little!.
