Question: How do teeth get damaged or coloured with a brace!?
I have a fixed brace on my upper set of teeth and I was wondering if it would be okay to still eat chocolate and sweets!. When my brace is taken off is it possible my teeth will be brown or yellow!? I brush my teeth twice a day but I am still worried!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, its possible for dingy stains to be left behind!. its probably possible the teeth could be brown or yellow, but mostly its just kind of gray-ish where the brace was if you dont brush very often!. you might want to shoot for 3 times a day, or twice, but well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well chocolate and sweets are generally bad but the braces shouldn't make it any worse than normal as long as you make sure to brush well (things so easily get stuck in the braces and thats bad both for color and hygiene)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
