2 minutes brushing, 1 minute flossing and a swirl of mouthwash finishes the job!. Stick on your favourite song (most songs last 3 minutes or so) and you'll find time goes a wee bit quicker!.

My sonic toothbrush is a timed two minutes but I use the interdental brush as well which usually takes another minute or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
