Hi, I use to suffer from bad breath no matter what i did - All Dentists say the same, floss, brush for 3 Min's and use mouthwash - so i came across natural remedies / ol fashion remedies - chew parsley & cardamon seeds to sweeten the breath - as opposed to chewing gum all day!. the parsley will neutralize any 'odour' that can be coming from the stomach rather than the mouth - cardamon makes your breath smell nice!. Otherwise get a referal from your local GP to see a specialiast for tongues ( cant remember the name) - hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Problem may be with in your lungs only and it should be / can be treated by homeopathy & acupuncture only and not by moden allopathy medication!. The problem also can be easily identified by checking the bad breath in the morning after rising from bed- if its intencity is high the problem is in the lungs only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bad breath is proven to cause social isolation!. do not eat gum to mask bad breath for it does not do good to eradicate your bad breath problem!. it can only make bad breath worse for it contains sugar in which bad bacteria in the mouth feed on!.

also, paying close attention to good oral hygiene habits can be of great help in keeping bad bacteria at bay!. be able to make sure that you brush and floss teeth properly after meals!. and it is best that you keep the mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water for this can control bad bacteria that dwells in the mouth!.

talk to dentist, you might need cleaning, have a rotten tooth!. I would recommend using a tongue scraper, and scrape all the way to the gag area, smell the junk that comes off and its pretty nasty, if you get that off your tongue then it should be a lil better if not try the dentist, oh yeah also use sugar free gum, because sugar feeds bacteria!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gum can actually make your breath worse!.
it creates more saliva and that means more bad breath germs

so try just the mints!.

use a lot of toothpaste, mouthwash and dental floss,

also see your dentist immediately in case you have gingivitis which can rot your gums!.

hope it helps :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
