i'm dealing with a toothace and i've already taken pills for it and they have not set in yet and i dont have the money for a dentist for awhile so how do i get rid of this awful pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your toothache is because of a cavity you can ease the pain with some of the remedies suggested!. I'm using a product called "Temparin One Step" made by Dentek that I found on Drugstore!.com website!.
I have a large cavity in my bottom left side 2nd molar where a filling came out!. You get a kit with a tiny vial of this gummy grayish-white substance that you use the small wooden applicator and a cotton swab!. It's for temporarily replacing a lost filling or a loose cap!. I plan on having my tooth pulled which is cheaper than other options!. If yours isn't way in the back of your mouth, that might not be a good idea!.
If you're having pain because of an abcess which would indicate there is infection, you'll need antibiotics probably and a dentist will need to examine you to figure out the cause!.
You'll have to go anyway so I hope you can soon!. If you live near a dental school or can get to one in your city, check to see if they need some patients!. Many have dental clinics and charge very low fees for the x-ray's, visual exam and needed procedures!. Not only will you have probably an excellent dental student but also their faculty instructor looking over their shoulder to make sure everything is done correctly!. When it's time for their exams, the students' also are looking for patients to complete specific procedures and sometimes it's all free cause you're doing them a favor!. the very best home remedy I have ever used for tooth ache works best on a back molar, whole cloves, press the clove to release the essence and place on tooth, will work on top tooth - but you have to hold it in place, bottom usually stays put!.
another trick; goody's powders poured directly unto bad tooth!.
orajel will work too, if you have the money, or whisky, again if you have the money for that!.
Mouth pain and eye pain, two pains I can not tolerate!.

Gaggle with salt water (kitchen table salt)!. Heat up salt or uncooked rice in a old (hopefully clean) sock; place it against your face!. Be careful it's not too hot; don't want to get burned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
