For me it was getting the bottom on!. I didnt get both on at the same time!. But the bottom hurt for about a week and a half where the top only hurt for a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
nothing!. its the same, except for after they tighten them and adjusting to them!. thats the worst but its really not that bad!.

The worst part for me was after I got them on!. It did not hurt at first but then I felt the pain in my teeth!. After that braces does not really hurt and the pain is just temporary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Either cleaning them or eating with them, but it's not bad, and still livable!.
