Question: What can I eat before bed that won't make me want to brush my teeth again!?
I always brush my teeth before bed so if I want to eat something after that I don't because it would make me want to brush my teeth again!.!.!. I allow myself water and that's it! are there any foods I can have!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When we sleep our slavia flow slows down so anything you eat or drink after brushing your teeth can damage them!.
Just brush your teeth just before your going to sleep!

Don't eat anything after brushing your teeth before bed, it defeats the purpose lol! if you do eat then you'll have to do it again, so make sure you've eaten all you want too before you brush! thats why we brush before bed!.!.!. to remove as much as we can of, the leftovers, so to speak from the day and a fluoride hit while you sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
Probably not but that is good discipline to eat all that you need and then brush your teeth and be done!. That is how I control my night time eating!. I hate to brush my teeth more than I love to eat!. So I really have to consider if the snack is tooth brushing worthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My hygienist recommends nothing but water after brushing!. She was very adamant about this, I asked her many combinations!. Nothing but water or you'll have to brush again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
