I use Baking Soda!.!. i just brush my teeth with it!.!. It wont get them sparkling White but it does do very well!.!. It makes my teeth feel cleaner then tooth paste!. Funny know one else has said that yet!.!. They all jumped to strips!.!. See i have filllings in my front teeth so i cant use strips it wont whiten the fillings!.!. The fillings are white and U cant even tell they are there but i guess they dont bleach or whiten!.!. ut Baking soda is what i use once a weeek!.!. And ive been doing that for 20 yrs!.!.!. U will see and feel a difference right away!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try those white strips, they won't be as white as actually bleaching, but it is worth a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
