Question: What Toothpaste!? What Whitening Strip!? Is the Best!?!?!?!?
Okay I have tried tons of toothpastes!!! I want to find one that whitens but actually cleans the teeth!. That's safe and has the dentist approval thingy!. I also want it to make my breath smell better!. All the ones I tried made it smell terrible! I also need to know your opinion on whitening strips!? Which give best results!? Do you think that they don't work!? Is it better to get a dentist to do it!? Please help me!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used Crest Whitening Strips a few years ago, and they actually worked really well! My canine teeth were a little yellow from 3 years of braces, and looked so nice and white after using the strips :) !.!.!.you have to wear the strips for around 20 mins twice a day for a week and they can be a bit messy (and yucky if you accidentally swallow the gel) though!. My teeth were also a bit sensitive during and after I used the strips, but it was worth it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i use listerene whitening pre-brush mouthwash!. it comes in a white bottle!. it kills a lot of bacteria in your mouth and it really works for the whole day!. also, i use colgate 360 brushes!. they work really well!. and brush your tongue with the tongue brusher on the back of the 360- it helps so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
