Question: Is my wisdom tooth extration healing properly!?
I had 4 wisdom teeth removed wensday it is now early monday monrning and i dont feel much pain but i have 4 huge holes and food is stuck in 2 of the holes and its driving me crazy because i cant get the food out!.!.!.any suggestions what to do or what is the worst case scenerio if i dont get it out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really don't want food to decay in the extraction sites! Bad odor and taste! Not to mention infection!.
rinse w/ salt and warm water!. This will decrease bacterial content in your mouth!.
After 4 days the sites should be healing nicely and since you are in no pain, you are almost in the clear!.
Digging around in those 2 sites for left over food particles is not the most hygenic thing to do!.
I'm not sure if those sites are on the same side, but if so, try to eat on the other side!. If they are on opposite sides, try to chew in the front for a while!. Just until the sites have healed enough!.
Continue rinsing with salt water to try to remove the food!.

Did you try rinsing really really well!?
You can try scooping it out with your fingernail also but worse case---you can't get it out--don't worry about it!.
Sooner or later it will come out on it's on--I know this is gross but the food will decay and come out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
