black, pink, purple, blue, and turquoise tend to make your teeth look whiter!. it's because they are "cooler" colours (associated with night and cold) and darker colours!. stay away from the greens and yellows, whites and clears, if you can!. they tend to yellow and make your teeth look yellow!. i have clear braces on the top, and i had to brush the elastics after every meal just so they wouldn't stain!. now i just have a wire power chain, and i have really white teeth! yellow and green make your teeth look yellow, unless paired with one of the cool/darker colours!. red elastics make you look like you just ate a candy cane, and orange or brown looks dirty!. never get brown elastics!. pair orange with another colour like pink or black (for Halloween)!. only wear green for Christmas: red and green look really neat! first tightening: 7!. I've had worse pain in my mouth!. after that pain is a 5 at the worst!. it feels like you have a mouth full of wiggly teeth(you do, but they aren't going anywhere!) , which don't hurt unless you bite down or clench your teeth!. brushing and flossing also helps cut down on pain for some reason, at least it did for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i'd get your favorite color but not orange and yellow!. i usually get purple, blue, green or black!. and mine dont hurt at all except like the 2 days after you get them on!. so i give them a 1 but the two days after i give likie a 8 i couldnt even eat but after that i was fine!. and well i only need them for about a year but tightening doesnt even hurt for me i didnt even know they did!. but idk it might be different for other people!. i sometimes forget i have them!.

i got brace like 2 years ago and usually ppl get colors based on holdays around that time like for july get red white and blue!.!.the only bad part is that usually u changed colors like 1-2 months so its gonna be lik august and ur still gonna be red white and blue!.!.!.but get like pink and green or red and white!.!.or basically any color and white!.!.or get ur fave sports team colors like for the yankees which i love i got royal blue and white around baseball season and i also got red and black for miami heat!.!.!.but wen u get them on it hurts like around a 9!.2 tightning is like a 9!.5Www@Answer-Health@Com

It hurts for some people more than others!.
It only hurts when you get them tightened!.
I would say mine hurt about a 5 when I get mine tightened but just take Advil or Tylenol!.!.it helps alot!
And I don't have a color!. For me, after I had the same color for about a week or two!.!.I was getting tired of it, so I just didn't get a color! I wouldn't reccomend clear because food changes the color of them!

ask your dentist for see through- or tooth colour:~)
and 2 (not that much) it just hurt for a few hours so i had to have soup for my tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe try invisiline!. I had the white ones they're good and my braces never changed color you'll just need to make sure to keep them clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
