Answers:
Continue to take the antibiotics but be aware that if you are taking a certain brand eg!. Amoxycillin or Amoxil this can lower the effectiveness of the BCP!.

A possible reason for the 'other' teeth hurting is when the dentist was 'elevating' the wisdom tooth this may have slightly 'moved' the neighboring molar teeth!. This will settle with time!.

You wont be feeling pain as you are taking the AB!.

Dry socket: You should go back to the treating dentist ASAP!. They will clean the socket out and pack probably 'surgicel' or similar product into the socket to allow healing to occur!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should ask your doctor or dentist!.
see what there advice is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should continue to take your BCP just like always!. Birth control pills do not cause dry socket to develop!. A dry socket refers to the hole left in the jawbone from removal of the tooth itself!. That hole is plugged with a blood clot, which seals off the bone and protects it!. If you lose the clot somehow, the bone is open to the air and saliva in the mouth, and it dehydrates!. That's why repacking it feels so good, and usually solves the problem!. At this point, you shouldn't have any pain to speak of, and it's hard to say why you have the sensation of pressure at the sites!. If these are the two top teeth, it could be a sinus problem!. Your dry socket may also not have been solved entirely, although if that were so it would be incredibly painful by now!. In fact, by now there should be enough gum healing not for it to be a problem at all!. I suggest you take the BCP and return to your dentist for an exam!. You may have a secondary infection of some kind- either at the surgery site or in the sinuses, and the dentist will be able to tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
