Oral Sugreon taking out metal plate...Will I feel anything?!

Question: Oral Sugreon taking out metal plate!.!.!.Will I feel anything!?

I am having a metal plate taken out and the only thing they are willing to do is local anesthesia!. Will I feel anything!? Will they give me better pain medication cause they are going to have to cut me and have stitches in it!?

Mostly I want to know if I will feel anything with a local anesthesia!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
