idk what kind of whitening i want to get!. the in office or the trays they give you!. i tried crest whitestrips and they didn't work well!. so i got a paper from my orthodontist today saying that i can get it done at my dentist either in office or getting their trays!. on the paper is says that the in office bleaching makes your teeth whiter cause it has a higher percentage of carbamide!. it says most trays have 10% in it and the in office bleaching has 35%!. so does that mean in office would make my teeth whiter!? i want REALLY white teeth and money is not a problem!. what should i go with!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you go into boots for eg there are loads of different types of tooth whitening system lots with out bleaching!. even though you may not smoke there are some really good-smoker toothpastes i myself like pearl drops whitening!. depending on why your teeth stain just ask the sales assistant they will be able to help if you are still unsure see a god dentistWww@Answer-Health@Com

Mix a little bit of baking soda in with your toothpaste!. Don't do it too often, as it will wear down the enamel and harm your teeth!. Your teeth will be a little sensitive to cold afterwards, but it works!.

I think the stuff in the office is the best!. If you can afford it, I'd go for it!. They can make them much whiter than the trays do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
