i am getting the herbst appliance in a few days!.!.!.!.!.could any1 please tell me their experiences with the herbst!?
how much does it hurt!?
does it make ur mouth look smaller!?
is there anything sticking out of ur mouth from it when ur mouth is open or closed!?
what can and cant i eat!?
ALSO!.!.!.!.!.2 days after i get the herbst on i am going a class field trip to six flags!.!.!.!.do u think i will be able to go on the rides or will i have to sit out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I'm getting one soon, so I can't tell you about that, but I can tell you this!. You should be able to go on the rides!. Just take some ibuprofen before you go, just in case!. I've been told that it doesn't hurt enough to sit out, just a little sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
