Answers:
Drinking lots of juice as you do could cause you dental problems, especially if you brush your teeth after drinking these juices!. You are effectively brushing the acid into your teeth which will cause them to go bad!. However, drinking lots of coke will cause your teeth to go brown and rotten if you drink enough!. Try putting a tooth into a glass of coke over-night and overnight, witness how bad the tooth goes in just a day! Try to drink more water instead of juices!.!. even though they are delicious!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consuming some everyday foods and drinks can lead to acid erosion, not necessarily orange juice or other juices!.!.!.So yeah, the sugar and acid in juices and food may wear down your teeth, if you don't look after your teeth!

Juice is chocked full of nutrients and vitamins which your body needs to stay healthy!. The important thing to remember is moderation!. Too much of anything is bad for you!.

You can get toothpaste nowadays that helps prevent acid erosion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From a chemical point of view (sugar and acid) there is very little difference between Orange Juice and Coca-Cola!. And, as neither of them spend much time in contact with your teeth there is very little to worry about!.

The danger is with items that you have to chew such as apples, oranges and chocolates as these spend much more time in contact with your teeth!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say acid is worse!. if you eat an acidic food and brush your teeth shortly after, that is what causes the general erosion!. if you eat sugar and brush your teeth shortly after it will eliminate the chances of the sugar setting in and decaying your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that cokes are bad for people!. But, I have to laugh when I hear that something is "natural", so it can't be bad for you! Many chemotherapy drugs come from flowers and trees!. Many of our toxic medications are "natural"!. So, don't be fooled by that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my dentist said if you must have fizzy drinks (which was my poison as a youngster) to drink with a straw because it almost completely bypasses your teeth so the dentist reckoned (but hey i never trust dentists, they are evil)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe acid for short term- sugar you can just brush out twice a day!. That's why people who vomit their food all the time have such horrible teethWww@Answer-Health@Com

Citric acid is okay in smaller amounts than you may be taking them in!. Drink water! And brush your teeth a lot, maybe more than 2/day in your case because of the citric acid!.

Hope I helped!
