i'm using them right now and after two days my teeth are already whiter, but they definitely make your teeth more sensitive and if your teeth are already sensitive like mine they're really going to be hurting!. but if you want white teeth you gotta endure the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i went to the dentist after i got mine off and they cleaned my teeth and i purchased some really awesome whitening stuff from them!. it was about $200!.00 but they give you trays that fit your teeth kind of like your retainer and you just squirt the stuff in the tray and it works AMAZINGLY!
