A lot of the time when I wake up, my teeth are clenched down on the inside of my cheek!. It's almost hard to not do it because it kind of swells up or something!. It's only the side of my cheek that I don't sleep on!. How can I stop this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
get a night guard, which is like a retainer that prevents you from clenching your teeth!. your dentist may also make one specially designed for you! (like it prevents you from biting your cheek)!. good luck! but do see your dentist!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have to go to the dentist and get a retainer that you wear at night!. i'd recomend it because you could be doing a lot of damage to your teeth without even realizing it!. You may not notice any problems now, but you will as you get older and your teeth become weaker and more sensitive!. if you want a healthy mouth in your older adult years, i'd seek help from a dentist or orthodontist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
