Question: How long do I have to wait!? Please Help!?
I just got a Root Canal done today and I know that now I need to get a crown!. My question is How long do I need to wait until I can get the crown!? We tell people that it's best to wait a week or two - it lets your gums settle down, and in case you need to return to the endodontist for a retreat - you have time for post ops in case of problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The doctor will do it as soon as you need it!. If you take the antibiotic he prescribed it will reduce the swelling and pain and should be ok to do immediately!. I had mine done right after the root canal and had no issues!. I think it is based on the doctors recommendation!. Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh, please be patient!. It will last for 4-5months before your dentist can put a crown!. Canal treatment is the best way to save your teeth!.
