Question: My elastics and my teeth!?

I have braces and I wear elastics every night!. This morning when i took of my elastics i realized my tooth (the one that the elastic pulls on the most) was a little loose!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, loose teeth during orthodontics is common!. The roots are turning and twisting, which make the teeth jiggle!. I wear elastics (6 of them currently) and I have noticed more movement where I have the elastics attached than in any other area, as well as increased pain and sensitivity too!.

Just keep wearing your elastics as prescribed and watch your teeth continue to shift!Www@Answer-Health@Com
