No it doesn't hurt to get them put on but they hurt for about four days after!. And then they hurt every month when you get them tightened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
they are just a little numb, take advil, and there is this gel stuff you can put on your teeth to numb them!!!!!!!!!!!! the next day though it hurts to chew, so ICE CREAM TIME!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
