How To Determine HIDDEN Tooth Infection?!
Question: How To Determine HIDDEN Tooth Infection!?
Dentists!.!.!. if you can please answer this for me!.!.!. So, I've had numerous xrays that show no infection, it's been 5 mths, the tooth feels fine other than I cannot chew on it (I don't anyway because I have temp crown)!.!.!. But, you feel this illness in the side of your jaw that won't seem to fade!.!.!. AND your tonsil has been a lil swollen for 6 mths (but glands are ok) so!.!.!. you really think you have an infection somewhere!.!.!. BUT, DDS says she can't see it!. THEN HOW does one find proof, know for certain, or determin infection!? The "illness" I mention is described as a sort of achy soreness, simular to fever but without all the chills and it's very suttle and only in the jaw area of that side where the root canal was done (by an endodontist)!. I want to resolve this but how can I if I have no proof I have an infection!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
You would know if you have an infection!. I have had 4 infections now!. Symptoms of infections are:
1!. Small to Large Swelling over the infected tooth!. Almost like a bubble or soft spot!.
2!. Moderate to Severe Pain in the affected tooth
3!. Tooth becomes visibly loose
The best way to verify if your tooth is infected is to have your dentist take an x-ray of the root of the tooth!. If there is a dark spot around the tooth then it is an infection!Www@Answer-Health@Com
