I asked my dentist, here's his answer!.
H202 will clean your mouth of the bacteria in it!.
Both the harmful, and the normal ones(that prevent the bad ones from seeding)!.
If you use it, you will kill off the good ones(normal flora), and pave the way to infection(cavities, abscess, etc!.)
It doesn't help the gums!.
Gum care is maintained by brushing, and flossing!.
Brushing cleans the teeth, flossing removes big food particles
which can get absorbed into the gum and cause gingivitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
