Question: What does it feel like to have a cavity!? Does it sound like I have one!?
This might be a dumb question, but I never had a cavity before so I don't know!. My tooth doesn't hurt when I chew on the side, but when I crack my gum the tooth hurts lol!. Also when I swallow I can feel the tooth sometimes!. But I can eat and drink fine!.!.!.!.I've had a bad cold the past few days, but I don't know if that could have anything to do with it!. It doesn't sound like a cavity to me!. Symptoms of that is usually when you eat anything sweet, and the sweetness hits the tooth and makes it feels like a wave of pain has just hit your body!. Usually the pain happens at night and doesn't go away until a few hours or sometimes just never at all!. But thats only when the cavity gets really bad and develops more diseases!.
The problem you have could be a number of things, you could have a loose tooth, or you could have cold sores in your mouth and on gums, which I think that is what you have!.!.!.Or worst you could be having one forming!. May have to lay off on some of the sweets, if you eat a lot of that!.!.!.XPWww@Answer-Health@Com

Several things may be happening!.!.!.!. Some people experience a sharp pain especially when they are eating/drinking something cold while some don't have any pain even to the point when the tooth breaks off!. I don't know what you mean by "crack my gum" - you may have a gum disease!. You may also be experiencing sinus infection if you just had a bad cold!.
