Crest White Strips with braces?!
Question: Crest White Strips with braces!?
I'm gunna get braces soon and I'm currently using Crest White Strips!. I know it's bad for you when you use them over braces!.!.!.!.but if I do and once I take the braces off can't I just use a bleaching tray or get my teeth whitened!? (For the different color in the middle)

The areas where the whitener can get to will be white and nice looking yet in the areas around the braces will not be able to be whitened!. That means there will be a visible line by your braces where the whitening will not work and so your teeth will look dirty and nasty around your braces!. Yes they will be clean but they will not look clean and it will be noticeable!. I would use them until you get your braces put on then after they are taken off have your dentist whiten them!. That way your teeth will not have 2 or 3 different shades of white in them while you are wearing your braces!. You see what I mean!? I just think it could be more trouble and so I would hold off until your braces are off!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, I suggest you wait till after you get the braces off because the whitenening will be of different values and it will look odd!. Just wait until you get them off and then whiten them all at once!. Doing it over braces is a bad idea and waste of time and money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I were you I'd just wait until your braces were off!. I tried using tooth whitener around my braces and the gray splotches in the middle looked TERRIBLE once the brackets were off!Www@Answer-Health@Com
With braces nobody is going to be able to tell if you have beachy white teeth!.
