Question: What are the bands!?
I was told by the orthodontist that one of the frist things they will do when i get my braces on is that they will fit the 'bands'!. What are bands!? What are the rings as well!? Or are they the same thing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have braces!. I had my bands changed on yesterday!. They are color bands that they put around the brackets of each tooth!. You can pick what ever color you want!. I choose hot pink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A band is a ring of metal which is cemented around a tooth (usually your molars) to which wires may be attached for tooth movement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
