Answers:
Technically your braces won't be "tightened" they will change the archwires than are stronger!.Teeth are a little tender usually the first day or two, much like you felt when they placed them initially!. Dont worry! We always went out to eat that day or we had milkshakes for dinner the next ! Our children, my husband and I all had them at the same time!. So we definitely understood!. Eatting habits have to change for a good experience!. Its a great time to experiment with new foods and tastes!. EnjoyWww@Answer-Health@Com

it won't hurt while the orthodontist does the actual procedure but it may hurt for a day afterwards while your teeth move around!. advil or whatever you take for pain helps ease it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually getting them tightened doesn't hurt, but afterwards you can feel pressure on your teeth, like when you first got them on!. It doesn't hurt as much or for as long though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
