i recently had my teeth taken out
the one at the top is fine
the one at the bottom is another story
it is black and with a crater hole
that is fine
but yesterday a white thing that looked quite like pasta came out of the hole
when the dentist finished i could see this
so i think it was intensional

It could be several things!. 1st it could have been the clot that was in the extraction site!. 2nd sometimes a dentist will insert a cotton like pellet in the ext site called Gelfoam, this helps with bleeding after the ext or 3rd it could have just been a piece of food that was lodged in the ext site!. You don't say how long since the ext's but unless you are having pain I wouldn't worry!. Just allow the natural healing process to occur and eventually the "crater" will fill itself in with gum tissue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
