ok so i just had dirreah this morning for no apparent reason yesterday all i ate was some mac and cheese a red slushy, and a banana!. I couldnt eat hard foods because i just got my braces!. Someone help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some Immodium or something!. And make sure you replace lost water and salt!. Nothing to panic about!
