Oddly enough, drink vinegar!. Just one or two teaspoons, and not much more!. It helps your acidity inside your mouth and throughout the rest of your body!.
If you can find raw, undistilled vinegar (apple cider venigar perhaps!?) that's best!.!.!. but any vinegar will do!.

Wash your mouth out with salt water!. Sounds stupid, but actually works!.
Put salt in a glass, pour a little bit of hot water in, stir it, and then fill the rest with cold water once it's dissolved, and swish it around your mouth!. Do this a few times during the day!. It'll work, trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
