How to get plaque off the top of your teeth?!
Question: How to get plaque off the top of your teeth!?
Okay, so i have braces!. and on 2 of my teeth i have plaque at the top, near the gum!. And on one tooth i have plaque on the side of the tooth i brush allllllll the time!? And floss once a day!. I just want the plaque right there to be gone!. Any help here!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To fully get plaque off my teeth (I'm wearing braces) I always do this in this order:
1!. Use peroxyl ( Get all the food out )
2!. Brush throughly ( 2 minutes min!. )
3!. Floss
4!. The little christmas tree use around all the brakets
5!. Waterpic
6!. mouthwash

I have trouble with the backside of my bottom teeth in front!. My dentist recommended an ultrasonic toothbrush!. With braces, you may want to purchase a water pick if you don't have one!. I used one of these and so did my sister when we had our braces!. It really helps to get stuff from the in-between areas where it's practically impossible to floss or brush!. The ultrasonic toothbrush may be best to wait till the braces are off to use it!. But it helps me out with my problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is a special brfaces kit avaliable, with a mini brush, quite kool!.!.!. or just brush thourougly!. you could use a water pick or use a electric tothbrush, they all helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
