Answers:
Sorry Bri, but Medium toothbrushes are not approved by the ADA (american dental association) Always use a soft brush at a 45 degree angle IN to your gums!. This removes plaque at the gumlines where the bacteria in plaque causes inflamation, (swelling, pain, and often bleeding when brushing) You must also use dental floss daily to remove the plaque between you teeth as there is NO TOOTHBRUSH IN THE WORLD that can clean between your teeth (do not believe the advertising please!)
If you do not get a handle on the inflamation, gum disease is often the result!. It is painless and only in it's very advanced stages is really noticed by most people!. This is the major cause of tooth loss in adults!.
Gum disease has also been shown by several different studies to have a link to heart disease, diabetes, among other things!.!.!.so don't delay
Go to your dentist, or find a reputable one (please try and stay away from the "clinic" type places) Referrals from satisfied patients are your best bet!. Be sure there is a Registered Dental Hygienist providing your preventive care!.
Have your teeth cleaned, it is very important to your overall health!. Follow through with the Hygienist's instructions for home care!.
good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your dentist and have your teeth thoroughly cleaned!.
Use Corsodyl mouthwash
Buy a new medium nylon toothbrush or disinfect your electric toothbrush head
Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly twice a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
