Is it fine to rinse with mouthwash and then go to bed?!


Question: Is it fine to rinse with mouthwash and then go to bed!?
That way some mouthwash will remain in my mouth through out the night!. Will this do more harm or good!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you spit all of it out you will be fine!. I assume that you are brushing and flossing as well though!. ONLY using mouthrinse and going to bed without brushing and flossing is not a good idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
