Use a tongue scraper!. Tooth brushes are not adequate for this!. Also, after scraping use a mouth rinse!. Not listerine or other alcohol-containing mouthrinse as they kill ALL the bacteria!. We only want to kill certain ones!. Act or Fluorogard is good!. Also a Chlorine Dioxide containing mouthrinse (through internet!. Not likely to find in the store)!. Scrape after every brushing!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
with a soft toothbrushh!.!. everyday brush it with the toothbrush!.!.
and use listerine mouthwash everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tooth brush, if it si really tasty, u can get an antibiotic to kill the bacteria on it though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
