Herbst????!

Question: Herbst!?!?!?!?

I just got a Herbst and some top row of braces yesterday and, my back molars don't touch anymore, so I am completly unable to chew my food!. How the hell am I supposed to eat!? I've been swallowing all my food and I'm really sick of it!. Also the two bolt-like things are making my cheeks really sore and like anbosal or whatever isn't working!. How do I manage this without ripping my mouth off!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

usually you can de-attach the bars do this for a while, but eventually your cheeks will get used to the rubbing and wearing and will become tougher! i am getting braces this tuesday i am nervous!!!! how long did it take to get them put on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
