Question: I am getting Braces!!?
i am in 8th grade and everybody is getting there's of and i am getting mine on in 2 weeks!. will i be like a nerd if i am the only one who has braces!. i have then unitill 10th gradeWww@Answer-Health@Com

No - just look forward to the beautiful smile in the photos of your junior and senior prom, and your graduation picture!
You won't be a nerd - just keep them clean and keep smiling!.
You might not like them at first as they take some getting used to - but then your teeth will start to look straight behind them - and then they'll be time to take them off!
I saved for my own braces that I got at age 20 !
And my sister in law wore them in her late 30's (married with two children!) She now has a gorgeous smile!

Its going to be OK!. I have braces and I am in grade 8 (I am 13)!. I have had them since grade 7!. and won't get these babies off until grade 9 :( which seems like forever (I get mine off hopefully in 9 months)!. You're not going to be the only one!. Heck, that is better than having them on as an adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in the 8th grade too and I know at least 3 people who are just now getting theirs on, or getting them on this summer! Trust me, you aren't the only one! I might even have mine on for a little of my freshman year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
