Chipped tooth with filling in it?!
Question: Chipped tooth with filling in it!?
So I chipped a good chunk of the tooth off, which is a molar, and it has a filling in it from maybe 10 years ago!. Some of the filling broke off as well but most of it is still in there!. How much money will it typically cost to fix this!? I have no insurance!.
Whether it's a tooth extraction, or if i could possibly get a root canal and save the tooth somehow!. I'd like to know the pricing ranges!. Will it cost more than a thousand dollars!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Assuming that it is a stress fracture as opposed to a carious fracture, the tooth will likely need a crown (and possibly a buildup)!. I think our office charges about $200 for a buildup and $870 for a crown!. A surgical extraction for a molar I think is about $200!. Definitely go with the crown option if you are able!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
