Question: Whitestrips upside down!?
when i used white strips i know theres a upper and lower but i think i need to flip it i mean when i use the upper one it doesnt stick into my teath always falling off what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the Target brand ones, they are made of a waxy sort of material rather than the plastic sheets, and they stick very well for me!. They also don't taste bad, and work for me!. Otherwise, try drying off your teeth first with a towel or your shirt, and keep your mouth open if possible!. Hope that helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They should be labeled upper and lower, just because the upper is bigger and meant for your top teeth!. Are you sure you are putting the gel side on your teeth!? Make sure you really press it on, and the strip should be a little taller than your teeth, so wrap this around the inner part of your lower teeth!. That should help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
