Due to his tooth sideways which is not loose he has rubbed his inside of mouth raw, causing the swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The rubbing caused a tear that inturn in becoming inflammed!. There is really nothing to do but have the tooth pulled!.!.The vet will knock him out to do this don't worry he won't feel any pain!. Puppies are like kids!. They usually aren't aware of pain unless attention is called to it!. So long as he does seem lathargic or hurting he'll be fine!. However, if he starts to appear sick, lathargic, or abnormal take him to the vet it is a sign of infection and may lead to sepsis*usually you can find an animal ER they are VERY expensive!*Www@Answer-Health@Com
