well i got them yestaday and have tried them once and no problem but!.!.!.
1) is it okay to swallow saliva while they are on your teeth because i wasnt sure and i didnt i kept spitting
2) brush before or after or doesnt matter

My dentist told me NOT to use those b/c there is a tar in them and that gets onto ur teeth and damages ur teeth!.But I am sure you can swallow and brush beforeWww@Answer-Health@Com
