Orajel!. They don't kid around when they say it works!. Your whole mouth will go numb, it will feel really wierd, but it works!. You might have to reapply every 10 minutes or so, though!. Your mouth gets rid of it fast because of saliva!. To get through the night, take tylenol PM!. It will at least knock you out, if not reduce the pain a bit!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
