What's wrong with my tooth?!

Question: What's wrong with my tooth!?
I've been having severe off and on pain in my upper tooth/gums, what's going on!? Nerve!? Tooth!? I had a root canal done years ago, and I had it rechecked 5 months ago at my 6 month check up and it looked okay he said!. When they originally done the root canal from the tooth falling out, they put it in kind of crooked, and it's overlapping my other tooth next to it!. And, it feels as though the pain is coming from the tooth that's being over lapped, as though the tooth with the root canal is pushing into it!. Do I need the tooth with the root canal removed!? What's going on!? Anyone with a previous root canal know when it needs to be removed! Any help, I'm in serious pain until dentist opens up tomorrow!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
HAVE YOUR DENTIST CHECK THIS TOOTH FOR A POSSIBLE ROOT FRACTURE!. IN THIS CASE IT SHOULD BE EXTRACTED!. MANY TIMES A ROOT FRACTURE IS LIKELY IN ROOT CANALED TEETH WHERE UNEXPLAINED PAIN IS ENCOUNTERED!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
