Bracess are not as painful as you think!.
Try eating cold foods like ice cream!.

It's not very painful at all here's what you can expect:
1!. A strange feeling of bulkiness in your mouth at first
2!. Pain after adjustments only
3!. A week on soft foods
4!. The need to brush after every meal
5!. The need to floss
Here's some tips:
1!. Buy some Peroxyl ( It gets all the food out of the braces )
2!. Buy super floss ( so much easier to floss with )
3!. Avoid sticky, chewy hard or crunchy food

No its not painful at all!! It may bother you a little at the begining and may need getting used to but they wont bother you later on!. It pinches a little to get it tightened, but thats only for about a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you expect pain, after you get the, and everytime they tightening them, but only for bout 2-3 days!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
