I think the strips work best!. I've never used them, but I've tried to toothpaste and I didn't see any dramatic change!. The strips are more concentrated and will get the job done quicker!. If you're really looking to make a difference, you can order strips from your dentist that are a little stronger than the ones you buy in the store!. The one's my wife got were about $40 for a three-week supply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Our dentist recommends Crest Whitening Strips!. He says they are the best on the market!. The only thing better is a professional whitening at the dentist's office or spa!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
