Question: Would you whiten your teeth at the mall!?
My local mall has added like a little stand right outside dillards where people can get their teeth whitened!. Does your mall have that!? If you ever thought about whitening your teeth, would that be the place to do it!? I think it's dumb, and I wouldn't do it there, I would go to my real dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think a fun thing such as the mall should be combined with dentistry!.!.!. I don't know if I would actually go behind the curtain, while I'm in the midst of shopping, to get my teeth whitened!. I would much rather prefer the privacy of my own bathroom or even the confidentiality of going to see my dentist!. And there are no malls around me that have put in this "convenient" wannabe perfect-maker factory!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't do it you don't know if they have the proper training and you don't know if the stuff is sterilized!. If done improperly teeth whitening can be a very painful experience!. I would definitely go to the dentist office you can get your teeth REALLY white if you go there and you know a trained professional is doing it!. The Crest white strips actually work really well and I work for a dentist and she recommends them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Would I whiten my teeth at the mall!? I would certainly be curious!. If the price was right I probably would!. Unless they are using industrial strength whitener they won't get very good results!.
If they are using standard hydrogen peroxide strips at around 10% concentration or even trays at 30 minutes per strip/tray it's going to take several days of this treatment to get results!. Just one day or even 1 hour won't do it!. It has to be done over the course of at least a half a week to a week (depending on each person) to see any result!.
My boss has the industrial strength stuff at around 20%+ concentration but this treatment cost $500!. You do it twice and it comes out real nice but it's super powerful stuff!.
Agree with the Crest White Strips!. Get the Premium Strips at Walmart for a little over $30, they are most powerful than the Class White Strips!.
I wouldn't let any of these comments scare you about whitening your teeth!. Just know that the teeth can get sensitive while you are doing it!. You can't really hurt them!. Just stop the whitening process if it becomes really uncomfortable and then resume when your teeth feel up to it!. You might try a sensitivity toothpaste like Sensodyne to help with the sensitivity!.

no, i wouldn't because your real dentist would have a better idea of your dental history and how your gums and teeth may react to the whitening peroxide!. he/she will know more about whether the procedure is right for your teeth and recommend the proper treatments!. and also, if you experience any side effects, i think your real dentist would offer better care!. the mall dentists don't really know anything else about your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
