It felt good to me!. I kept running my tongue over my top teeth, because they felt so big (after being "wired up" so long)!. Enjoy! Just please remember to follow your orthodontist's instructions for how to take care of your teeth now - use a retainer if he tells you to, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
