I've never heard of pregnancy causing yellow teeth!. What I have heard of is gum problems that are due to less than perfect hygiene and raging hormones!. Your gums could be bleeding a little and giving a tinge of color to your teeth, or you could also be eating more staining foods than normally!. If it is just stain you can have that fixed after you give birth- I wouldn't mess with any type of supplements not recommended by your OB/GYN!.
As for the whitening toothpastes, they will only remove surface stain (some), so basically minimize the amount of stain you develop, not actually whiten your teeth!.

You need to take extra calcium pills!. I am afraid since you are noticing a difference in your teeth at 28 weeks that by the time your pregnancy is over with you are going to continue to have teeth problems!. Being pregant that baby sucks ALL of the calcium out of your body!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
